The Science of Selling Yourself Short......ft. Less Than Jake, Face to Face & Direct Hit
If the year 2020 was a day of the week then we can all agree that it would undoubtedly be Monday. Just not any Monday though! 2020 would be the playground bully, tax audit, stick in the eye, shin banging into a trailer hitch, jury duty summons that all happen first thing on that Monday!
Be it true or undeniably true, we have to forge ahead and refuse to feed this Sarlac Pit of a calendar year any more of our mojo or 2020 will grow into a festering, oversized, and grease filled 2021 which no one wishes!
Instead of feeding that beast with any more negative vibes I gathered up some positive Monday vibes via live music photos. Those of which I’ve been too lazy to post while I apparently fed an alternate fat belly, my own! Live music has always been a major source of stress relief and just plain relief in my world. This show seemed to be a decent kickstarter to throat punching Monday’s and 2020 back into the abyss. The trio of Less Than Jake, Face to Face and Direct Hit deliver the necessary killing stroke to my crappy Monday by reminding me that eventually I’ll be right back in the thick of things with my peeps! Right back where we wanna be, with no masks and profusely sweating and spitting on and or near one another in a unanimous punk rock led chant! 2020 you’d better hope we don’t see you in the mosh pit!!!
